Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a product-engineer to build AI-powered tools that automate quoting, pricing, and sales workflows for manufacturing operations. You will contribute across frontend and backend using TS, React, and Next.js.

You’ll own user-facing features, integrate with ERP systems, and ensure GDPR-ready deployments for European customers. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-stack product engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills, with experience building in Next.js.
• Experience building and shipping user-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, beyond using general-purpose chat tools.

About the Role

Join a small team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will develop product features that automate quoting, pricing, and sales workflows, helping industrial businesses work more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
• Own user-facing product features across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Integrate product capabilities with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
• Support deployments for European customers, including GDPR compliance and data residency needs.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of full-stack product engineering experience, ideally at a startup.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills, with experience building in Next.js.
• Experience building and shipping user-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, beyond using general-purpose chat tools.
• Familiarity with agent development frameworks or harnesses such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
• Curiosity about AI and a habit of keeping up with evolving tools and techniques.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems or working with manufacturing workflows is useful.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
