True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a software engineer to join an early-stage AI software team building tools for designing and simulating physical systems. You will help accelerate product development, starting with frontend work and expanding into full stack efforts.

• 3–10 years in software or full-stack roles, startups or early-stage teams.
• Experience taking features from concept to production with ownership.
• Strong backend + solid mid-level frontend capabilities; familiar with .NET, React, TypeScript.
• Comfort using AI coding agents extensively and reviewing their output.
• Experience owning system architecture, deployment, and reliability.
• Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation.
• Based in the United States or Canada and able to work without visa sponsorship.

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI software team building tools for designing and simulating physical systems. You will help accelerate product development, starting with frontend work and growing into backend-focused full stack engineering.

What You'll Do

• Work with the frontend engineer to improve the product interface and speed up production releases.

• Build features, infrastructure, and systems, with an increasing focus on backend engineering.

• Own work end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.

• Establish practices for effective AI coding agent use across the team.

• Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to prototype and refine product ideas for industrial users.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3 to 10 years of experience as a software or full stack engineer, including experience in startups or early-stage teams.

• Experience taking products or significant features from concept through production, with ownership and adaptability as priorities shift.

• Strong backend skills, solid mid-level frontend capabilities, and experience with .NET, React, and TypeScript.

• Comfort using AI coding agents extensively, with the ability to review, debug, and improve their output.

• Experience owning system architecture, deployment, and reliability.

• Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation.

• Based in the United States or Canada and able to work without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote in the United States or Canada, with one week of onsite work every six weeks in San Mateo, California.
