Job summary

Law School Admission Council (LSAC) is seeking a full stack engineer to join an autonomous agile team. You will develop features and applications to meet product needs and support backend systems, with a strong emphasis on accessible design and reliability.

The role involves leveraging Generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI) and building RAG pipelines, while collaborating with product managers, analysts, and stakeholders in a fast-paced Azure-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with object-oriented languages and web technologies.
• Hands-on with Git, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Knowledge of React, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure stack.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, configure, and promote internal and external apps with accessibility in mind.
• Monitor, test, and optimize software for reliability and architectural standards.
• Contribute to code delivery with deployment tools and automated testing.
• Scale software to support dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.
