Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted license to practice in Oregon
• Completion of U.S. ENT residency (ACGME/AOA) or RCPSC-Canadian residency
• BLS, ACLS or PALS certification required

Responsibilities

• Full-time outpatient ENT practice
• Provide full spectrum ENT care including bread-and-butter and advanced surgical cases
