Job summary

PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a full-time general otolaryngologist to join a collaborative, well-established team. The position offers the full spectrum of ENT care—from bread-and-butter cases to advanced surgical procedures—in a supportive environment.

The practice features 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists serving a diverse patient population, in a large multispecialty group with a Level II trauma center at RiverBend.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
• Completed U.S. ACGME or Canadian RCPSC ENT residency is required.
• Unrestricted medical license to practice in Oregon or ability to obtain it prior to hire.
• Certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy ENT practice with 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists.
• Provide full-spectrum ENT care from bread-and-butter cases to advanced surgical procedures.

Job description

Join our ENT practice at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) general otolaryngologist to join a collaborative and well-established team. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of ENT-from bread-and-butter cases to advanced clinical and surgical care-in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The team currently includes 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists, providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population.

• First year salary guarantee of $520,000.00 (based on a 1.0FTE) followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures.

This is a busy established practice at a large non-profit multispecialty group with a large catchment area of 500,000 people including Eugene, the Oregon coast and southern Oregon. PeaceHealth RiverBend is the local modern hospital, which is a tertiary referral center and 389 bed Level II Trauma center with a full spectrum of surgical specialties.

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. ENT Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian ENT Residency
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
• Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
