Job summary

Pomelo Care is building a network of experienced birth and full-spectrum doulas to educate and guide families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. This is a 1099 independent contractor role serving Oklahoma City, with flexible evenings and weekends and no employee benefits.

As part of the Pomelo network, you will educate families, support birth outcomes, maintain visits documentation, and comply with privacy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Completed birth and/or full-spectrum doula certification.
• Experience as a doula with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse families.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Help improve birth outcomes by providing support and empowerment.
• Maintain timely documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow Pomelo's privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
