Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Full-Service Technician to recondition, reassemble, and test three-phase pad-mount transformers. The role requires following work orders, gathering parts, and performing quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable work ethic in a full-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work order instructions to rebuild transformers to customer specifications.
• Gather parts and tools needed for the work order and ensure they are in good working condition prior to usage.
• Reconditioning and reassembly of padmount transformers including cleaning, inspecting components, replacing gaskets, changing oil and basic repairs.
• Perform quality checks and basic testing on units before they leave the workstation.
• Utilize shop equipment and tools safely and appropriately; return equipment to proper location after use.
• Possible use of overhead crane and other material handling equipment to perform tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workstation.
• Other assigned duties as needed.

Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards and company policies are essential functions of this role. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM.
