The University of Dayton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Full Service Operations Supervisor within our dining halls! As a Full Service Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager of Operations, you will supervise up to 30 bargaining unit employees, 10 part-time staff, and over 100 student employees. Responsibilities include managing equipment and food preparation processes, maintaining quality, service and sanitation standards, supervising staff, supporting departmental objectives, and maintaining security.
This is a full-time, 10-month position (August-May) with benefits, located at Kennedy Union or Virginia Kettering, with specific shift hours. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Please submit a cover letter addressing each minimum and preferred qualification.
