Connecticut Coastal OB/GYN is seeking an experienced full-scope CNM to join our group of 6 OB/GYN physicians and 3 CNMs in New Haven, CT. The role covers inpatient obstetrics, outpatient obstetrics and gynecology, and提供 comprehensive patient care across multiple offices.

Requirements include CNM certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board, RN license, and privileges at affiliated hospital.

Formación

• National board certification administered by the American Midwifery Certification Board

Responsabilidades

• Inpatient obstetrical care
• Outpatient obstetrical and gynecologic care
• Collect accurate medical, obstetrical, and gynecological history of the patient and pregnancy
• Perform physical examinations for patients including pap smear, breast examination, abdominal examination, and pelvic examinations
• Maintain an accurate record of all observations made within the patient’s chart and complete records in a timely fashion
• Prescribe medications for contraception and insert contraception medical devices
• Admit, manage, and discharge patients as necessary
