Job summary

Stamford Health and Oula are hiring a Certified Nurse-Midwife to provide full-scope maternity and GYN care at the Norwalk clinic and Stamford Hospital. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guide patients through pregnancy, ensuring high-quality care from preconception through postpartum.

The role requires an active CT LM license and AMCB CNM certification with at least five years of post-graduate experience in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Active CT LM licensure required.
• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife certification required.
• Minimum five years of post-graduate midwifery experience in hospital labor & delivery and low-acuity maternity/GYN care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery maternity (labor, birth, postpartum) and GYN care at Norwalk clinic and Stamford Hospital.
• Oversee patients through pregnancy with interdisciplinary team and appropriate referrals.
• Communicate clearly with patients during and between appointments.
• Contribute to development of protocols for midwife-OBGYN collaboration and training.
