Job summary

Law Firms seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing, collaborative real estate practice in Los Angeles. This role emphasizes ownership of matters and close collaboration with attorneys on complex disputes.

Requirements: 3+ years of paralegal experience (prefer real estate litigation); Unlawful Detainer experience preferred; ability to support all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial prep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in real estate litigation.
• Hands-on Unlawful Detainer experience preferred.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Experience with real estate disputes, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant matters, title disputes, and/or Unlawful Detainer litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from case initiation through resolution.
• Assist with discovery, document management, subpoenas, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal and factual research and help organize case-related information.
• Prepare and maintain litigation files, chronologies, exhibits, and case materials.
• Coordinate deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other litigation activities.
• Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing and collaborative real estate law practice. What You'll Do

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $140,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
