For all Junior positions as IT Support Specialist we offer a 6 months internship contract ($85,000 per year). You will have the opportunity to grow exponentially thanks to on-the-job training, work fully remote for as long as you want, and we will equip you with a latest generation MacBook.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support for the Platform: Providing technical support to platform users, resolving technical issues, answering questions, and guiding users through system functionalities.
2. Installation and Configuration: Managing the installation and configuration of the platform for new clients, ensuring a seamless implementation and optimal setup.
3. Integration Management: Collaborating with the development team to manage platform integrations with other business systems, such as accounting software or performance management tools.
4. Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitoring platform performance, identifying and resolving any technical issues, and applying updates and patches to ensure the system functions correctly.
5. User Training: Providing training and support to users, both internal and external, to ensure they can effectively utilize all offered functionalities.
6. Security Management: Implementing and enforcing cybersecurity policies to protect users' sensitive data and ensure compliance with privacy and data security regulations.

Contract & Compensation:

For all Junior positions we offer a 6-month internship contract with a salary of $85,000 yearly, aiming for a permanent contract. The annual base salary is $85,000 (USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. Actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Selection Process:

1. CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
2. Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
3. Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
