A Merchandiser at ICS is the face of our company to our clients' customers. These Merchandisers will support Home Depot stores in their area. The role involves visual merchandising, unloading & stocking shipments of live goods, and customer relations at the location.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Comply with ICS company policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Execute merchandising standards at the client location
• Communicate daily with leadership about operational obstacles
• Advocate for watering standards to ensure the well-being of live goods
• Stock tables and displays with merchandise, keeping the garden center organized and planogram compliant
• Ensure proper signage is in place at all times
• Verify and check in all delivery orders accurately
• Ensure carts are merchandised with up-to-date signage and are easy to shop
• Support inventory standards
• Support the team as needed
• Be eager to work and ready for challenges
• Having basic knowledge of plants and gardening or an interest in learning is helpful
• Possess professionalism and strong communication skills
• Experience in merchandising is a plus, but attitude is more important
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Complete tasks while maintaining order
• Work proactively at a challenging pace without constant oversight
• Use smartphones/devices daily for timekeeping
