Job Description

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers' standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires daily communication with the Territory Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communication.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays accurately, following all instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Perform merchandising and project execution to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and barriers to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices effectively and maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs., and assistance for objects up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work sitting, standing, or walking, with fine motor skills and physical mobility.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay: $19.50/hour
