Job summary

Crew Carwash in Indianapolis is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Day Team Member to join our daytime crew. You will greet customers, provide service advice and load customers, and help maintain a clean, safe, park-like environment during daytime hours.

Must be at least 16 years old with no prior work experience required. Earn $15–$16 per hour plus incentive pay, with daily pay options, and enjoy benefits such as PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401K with company match, and free car washes.

What you’ll do at Crew:

• Work daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Crew’s commitments to you:

• $15 - $16 per hour + incentive pay

• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
