Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member at 9705 Wicker Ave, St John, IN 46373, USA. You’ll live Crew's value of safety while delivering WOW! to customers and upholding high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Position offers $15–$16 per hour with incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO and holidays for full-time, plus free car washes and health/dental/vision benefits. Must be 16+ and able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work at least 10 hours per week (part-time) or 30 hours per week (full-time).

Responsibilities

• Provide service advice and assist customers.
• Assist with loading customers and loading/unloading items as needed.
• Maintain a park-like environment inside and outside the facility.

• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
