Job summary

Crew Carwash in Plainfield, IN is hiring a Full or Part-Time Daytime Customer Service Team Member for Monday through Friday day shifts. You will greet customers, provide service guidance, and help load customers while ensuring a clean, safe park-like environment.

We offer $15–$16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, paid time off, six holidays per year (full-time), free car washes, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Be able to work minimum 20 hours per week (part-time) or 30 hours per week (full-time).

Responsibilities

• Work daytime hours, Monday-Friday (7AM-4PM window).
• Provide safety and assist customers as they load vehicles.
• Advise and load customers for service.
• Ensure industry-leading quality for our customers.
