Crew Carwash is hiring a daytime Customer Service Team Member to join our Columbus location. You will greet customers, assist with service flow, and help maintain a clean, safe park environment in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a $15–$16 hourly pay range with incentives, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. No experience is required, and you’ll work 20+ hours weekly in a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Able to work daytime hours (7AM–4PM) in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work daytime hours, Monday–Friday.
• Greet and advise customers, load customers into service flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe park environment and assist with services.

• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
