Crew Carwash is seeking a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member at 7424 E Washington St in Indianapolis. You will greet customers, advise on services, load customers, and help maintain a clean, safe park-like environment while delivering fast, friendly service.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The role offers $15-$16 per hour with incentive pay, daily pay options, and benefits for full-time including health/dental/vision, 401K match, and paid holidays.

• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
