ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Competently utilize all Full Deck kitchen stations and equipment.


• Work any station and/or shift as needed.


• Maintain product portion control.


• Utilize proper rotation techniques.


• Adhere to all safety procedures.


• Stock products as needed.


• Keep all areas clean and organized.


• Utilize proper sanitization techniques.


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous line cooking experience preferred.
