Job summary

Critical Materials Group rebuilds domestic energetics production capacity for the defense and manufacturing sectors. It is a scaling company with a small, fast-moving people team.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for CMG's technical and engineering hiring, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to scale the workforce and support rapid growth.

Remote (U.S.-based) work with periodic travel to Texas campuses; this is a full-time exempt role with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or engineering roles.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools, plus stakeholder management.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving TA function.

• Source and build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle in Ashby from intake through offer.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and support CMG's employer brand.
