Job summary

Loop is building an AI-native platform for logistics and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles. You will help shape processes, tools, and practices that define how Loop hires, partnering with hiring managers and the broader People team to raise the bar for talent and candidate experience.

This in-person role is based in Chicago/NYC/SF, with the expectation of being in the office 4+ days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify passive candidates.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Structure to ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative partner with hiring managers and the People team.
• Data-minded with metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to design structured interview loops and criteria.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and practices.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines across channels.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve funnel health and speed.
• Elevate candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication.
• Collaborate with the People team on talent initiatives.
