Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum and minimum 1 year human resources - recruiting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Application Tracking System experience preferred.
• Sourcing experience in LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit/source potential candidates through various social platforms, networking events, and job boards.
• Work with hiring managers to determine required skills and experience for positions and onboarding training for new hiring managers.
• Screen resumes for suitability, conduct initial phone screening interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities including Career Fairs and Internship Programs.
• Build and maintain a talent pool to meet the Bank's current and future hiring needs.
• Present job offers discussing salary, benefits, and culture.
• Attend meetings, events, career fairs, and professional organization gatherings for recruiting and promoting the Bank.
• Serve as a backup for onboarding new hires.
