Job summary

Roquette, a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for a ~6-month contract. The role supports the HR team, manages full-cycle recruitment, partners with hiring managers, and builds talent pipelines, with flexible location in Wilmington, DE or Lower Gwynedd, PA.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and drive a positive candidate experience while aligning with Roquette's commitment to inclusion

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 4–8 years in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in food ingredients/pharma/manufacturing.
• Proven success filling roles across multiple levels/business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Guide hiring teams through recruitment decisions and timelines.
• Use data and analytics to monitor outcomes and improve processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
