Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a recruiter in Cincinnati to join our People Operations team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers, and build proactive talent pipelines to meet organizational needs.

Use sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, coach managers on interviewing, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Travel to branch locations may be required; competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition or related relationship-focused role.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliant interviewing, and EEO principles.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through, confidentiality mindset.
• Comfort using HR tech, ATS, and recruiting tools.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to Columbus, OH and Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and hiring priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers with regular updates.
• Coach managers on interviewing practices and candidate evaluation.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and other hiring activities.
• Extend offers and guide pre-employment activities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
