• Preferred certification: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).

• Facilitate recruitment for open positions; partner with hiring leaders to understand business goals; design recruitment tactics and manage workflow efficiency.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments; advance top candidates to hiring leaders.
• Support high‑volume and critical roles; manage data analytics and provide solutions; update HR systems; communicate deliverables to leaders; represent Mayo Clinic positively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring initiatives.
