Job summary

Tay Ho in Houston is seeking a qualified full-cycle accounting professional to manage AR, AP, GL entries, and month-end close. The role requires 2 years of hands-on experience and fluency with QuickBooks Enterprise. You will be performing daily cash postings, invoicing, vendor maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong Excel/Word skills. On-site with some remote collaboration across teams, health insurance and paid vacation are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience with general ledger entries and month-end close.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Pro or Enterprise and MS Excel/Word.
• Strong attention to detail and records management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and AR processing, customer maintenance, and cash receipt entry.
• Daily recording of online payments and payment applications.
• Enter invoices, credit card transactions, and vendor maintenance (AP).
• Review statements and perform bank reconciliation (daily clearing).
• Timesheet collection, verification, and payroll support; assist Accounting Manager as needed.
