Prairie Field Services is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to design, manage, and execute full cycle recruiting strategies across multiple disciplines and regions, partnering with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and support organizational growth.

You will enhance the company’s employment brand, contribute to social media and advertising efforts, manage candidate pipelines, ensure DOT requirements are met, and deliver timely updates to leadership while maintaining data integrity in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• 1+ year of marketing and/or social media management experience preferred.
• DOT hiring experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in trucking, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, background checks, and DOT pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of operations, open positions, and compensation to guide candidates through the process.
• Conduct applicant screening, interview candidates, manage MVR processing, and ensure DOT/internal hiring standards are met.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, recommend selections, and deliver offers for all positions.
• Communicate clearly with candidates about benefits, compensation, job expectations, and DOT requirements.
• Manage company social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and support content creation to boost brand awareness.
• Use traditional and digital methods—career fairs, online events, networking, and social media—to attract talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
