Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume or multi-state environments.
• Experience recruiting across hourly, exempt, non-exempt, and management roles.
• Experience using ATS platforms; familiarity with Hire (Kwantek) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to determine current and future hiring needs.
• Post and manage all job openings for assigned regions and monitor applicant flow.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of qualified applicants.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local community organizations to support talent pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth process for new hires.
• Ensure timely and accurate pay changes, promotions, and terminations data entry.
