Samaritan's Purse in Windsor Mills, MD seeks a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and staffing during Operation Christmas Child. The role emphasizes integrity, prayerful witness, and proactive candidate engagement.

The candidate will develop strong candidate pipelines, coordinate with teams, support HR operations, and contribute to a faith-driven workplace. On-site work in Maryland with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Twelve credit hours of Biblical Studies (required); can be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring and onboarding, including interviews, offers, and new hire documentation with integrity and care.
• Lead and train Seasonal HR Associates during Operation Christmas Child.
• Develop strategic pipelines through active sourcing and CRM updates; organize off-site recruiting events; maintain applicant data accuracy.
• Build collaborative relationships across the ministry with intake meetings and hiring decisions across teams.
• Support HR operations, including compensation, compliance, performance, and HR policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
