Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking Chaplains to support the Operation Christmas Child Processing Center Team in Windsor Mill, MD. This seasonal, full‑time role runs from mid‑November through mid‑December with shifts on both mornings and evenings. Pay is $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include leading devotions, providing spiritual guidance, and praying with staff and volunteers. Applicants must be at least 18 with strong Christian character and the ability to articulate the Gospel.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong Christian character and faith-driven.
• Experience serving in pastoral ministry or ministry leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Ability to articulate the gospel and teach the Bible clearly.
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OCC staff and volunteers to share the love of Jesus with children worldwide.
• Deliver daily devotions for seasonal associates.
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to staff and volunteers.
• Lead public prayers for gospel opportunities during processing breaks.
• Walk the facility, engaging individuals in prayer and sharing the Gospel.
• Work with the OCC management team to foster an atmosphere of joy and service.
