Job summary

Alcott in Culver City, CA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across mental health, supportive housing, and administrative programs while partnering with hiring managers and delivering a responsive candidate experience.

The role requires at least three years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing, interviewing, and recordkeeping skills, and commitment to fair hiring practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS and online sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams or comparable applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding for multiple requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, qualifications, schedules, and timelines.
• Create accurate, inclusive job postings communicating role, requirements, schedule, work setting, and pay range.
• Build pipelines via job boards, referrals, networks, schools, and community partnerships.
