Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for nonprofits or faith-based organizations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Serve as brand ambassador and align candidates with faith-based values.
