Green Alpha Property Management, a growing property management platform based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for multiple roles. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to build strong teams.

This role requires proactive, creative individuals who thrive in autonomy and demand high-quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from first interaction through offer stage.
• Own the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring new hires feel supported and set up for success.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes and bring forward new ideas.
• Track and manage recruiting activity within our ATS (Paycor).
