Webull is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in St. Petersburg, FL. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment across corporate and operational functions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires autonomous work, collaboration with HR and hiring leaders, and delivering a strong candidate experience from outreach through offers. Remote work is not indicated; on-site at HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across all levels and functions.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop profiles.
• Conduct initial screens and assess candidates against requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear schedules for everyone.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity.
• Analyze hiring trends and provide actionable insights.
