Webull is seeking a Recruiter to join its Human Resources team in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment across corporate and specialized functions, partnering with hiring leaders to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews, maintain data integrity, and contribute to employer branding in a fast-paced fintech environment, with a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000 plus discretionary bonus and full

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer extension across all levels and functions
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans to build strong talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs, evaluate role requirements, and address questions
• Conduct initial screens and assess candidates against position requirements and values
• Manage interview coordination and scheduling with clear communication
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity throughout the process
• Analyze trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies
• Contribute ideas to enhance the employer brand to attract top talent
• Support administrative recruiting activities and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with government-regulated employment documents
