zTrip is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives, building strong pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with leadership to meet staffing goals and develop recruitment strategies across the organization.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sourcing through multiple channels, and coordinating hiring events while collaborating with hiring managers and operations leaders to ensure staffing success.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, workforce development, or related fields.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM platforms, and recruiting software.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective talent.
• Promote career opportunities and company benefits to potential candidates.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
