Job summary

Home Health Care, Inc. + Family of Businesses in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will handle recruiting for clinicians and support staff across the family of brands, from advertising to offers and onboarding.

Qualifications include a degree in Communications or Psychology, strong interpersonal skills, and prior recruiting experience. Local candidates preferred; in-office role with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home health care roles (caregivers, nurses, therapists, office staff).
• Advertise, source, recruit, interview, and extend offers for roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and hiring processes.
• Make recommendations to improve hiring and onboarding procedures for brands within the group.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes across multiple departments.

Position Summary: Our team is searching for a driven and energetic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving health care services at home and in facilities. If you have prior experience recruiting Caregivers, Nurses, Therapists, and other office staff,

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
• Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
• Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
• Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
• A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required
• Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal
• Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
