Job summary

Ledgent is seeking a Payroll & Accounting Specialist for an onsite role in Roseville, MN. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle payroll across multiple states and support general accounting duties with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities include processing payroll with bonuses and adjustments, ensuring tax compliance and garnishments, handling reconciliations, year-end activities, and supporting accounts payable and AR alongside HR, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll and general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and garnishments.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as UKG or Paycor.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
