Job summary

Calyx Containers is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Salt Lake City team. This full-cycle role focuses on acquiring new packaging customers, growing an assigned book, and driving opportunities from prospecting to close, with travel as needed.

You will build relationships with brand owners, procurement, operations, and executives, presenting holistic packaging solutions and expanding share of wallet across Calyx’s platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably packaging, cannabis, or CPG.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing existing relationships.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and account growth.
• Acquire new packaging customers across targeted territories.
• Retain and expand an assigned book of customers with new opportunities.
• Build relationships with brand owners, procurement, operations, and executives.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline in HubSpot.
