Responsibilities

• Source candidates and review resumes; document/track candidates through the process.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Schedule and confirm interviews and manage logistics.
• Prepare offer letters and related documentation for review.
• Maintain candidate records and metrics for US recruitment.
• Update recruiting materials and career-site content with Marketing.
• Engage with search firms and manage relationships for postings.
