Job summary

Dechert LLP in the United States seeks a Talent Recruiting Specialist to support the full recruitment cycle for legal and business services roles. You will coordinate postings, screen candidates, and manage interview logistics to ensure timely hires.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Talent Recruiting, you will maintain candidate records, generate reports, and partner with search firms and Marketing on materials and career-site content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with LawCruit or ViRecruit preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate posting of open positions to internal and external channels.
• Source candidates, review resumes, and document the process.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews and present shortlists.
• Schedule interviews and manage logistics with hiring teams.
• Prepare offer letters and related documents for review.
• Maintain candidate tracking documents and reporting.
• Assist with updating recruiting materials and career-site content.
• Coordinate relationships with search firms and headhunters.
• Support fees, invoices, and expenses related to hiring.
• Assist with special projects and other admin tasks.
