Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and coordinate onboarding with hiring managers.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and postings across platforms.
• Prepare and analyze recruitment-related reports (sources of hire, cost-to-hire, turnover).
• Coordinate onboarding materials, orientation, and post-hire data entry in ADP.
• Support HR programs and respond to benefit questions while maintaining confidentiality.
