You will own the full-cycle caregiver and administrative hiring process, from sourcing through the first 90 days, ensuring a smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement aligned with the company’s mission to provide quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, healthcare/home care preferred.
• Onboarding and employee engagement experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment processing.
• Maintain ATS records and reporting.
• Partner with managers and schools/communities for pipelines.
• Support 90-day retention and engagement initiatives.
