Job summary

Rincon Family Services in Chicago, IL is seeking a People & Culture Recruiter – Behavioral Health to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, focusing on QMHPs, therapists, social workers and related roles.

The role requires building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a positive onboarding experience while traveling to job fairs and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruitment or human resources experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for Behavioral Health, healthcare, nonprofit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Behavioral Health positions across the organization.
• Develop qualified candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Post and maintain openings on Paylocity, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Track vacancies and recruitment metrics; participate in job fairs and outreach.
• Support onboarding and provide recruitment support to the organization.
