Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience hiring AI/ML Engineers, Product Engineers, or Platform/Infra Engineers.
• Strong storyteller who translates technical work into a compelling narrative for candidates.
• Metrics-driven with pipelines that convert.
• Thrives in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments where recruiting=impact.
• Relationship-driven, data-informed, and deeply collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles—from sourcing to offer close.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and interview processes.
• Drive candidate experience reflecting speed, precision, and mission-driven culture.
