The role requires 5+ years of leadership, a Finance or Accounting degree, and on-site work five days weekly. Competitive salary is $110,000–$120,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Ability to own the month-end close process.
• On-site work required, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and internal policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments for budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
