Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Process and record all financial transactions accurately and timely
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Send invoices and contracts to customers and follow up on late payments
• Maintain the general ledger with accurate coding and entries
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
