Our client is a NYC-based real estate developer, located in the Midtown area, building a number of suburban projects seeking to add a fractional Bookkeeper to their team!

Mid-town location 7 th Ave & 38 th Street. Principals have been developing for-sale housing, multifamily and town-home properties in the NY metro area for 30+ years. The firm has a reputation for building quality projects catering to the middle market.

Candidate must have full charge experience.

  • Log/track/organize all invoices
  • Enter A/P, A/R
  • Process expenses
  • SAGE for tracking
  • Interface with construction and executives within the office.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client service
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing your workload with minimal supervision
  • Professionalism and dedication to client success
