Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper for our Clermont, FL client base. The role covers full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including monthly financials, quarterly reporting, and reconciliations, with payroll processing and tax work as part of the duties.

We require at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills including Excel and QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), and a plus for tax preparation experience.

Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Summary:

We're hiring for a growing CPA firm servicing diverse individual and business clients seeking a Full-ChargeBookkeeper.

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients including monthly financials, quarterly reporting, and bank/expense reconciliations
• Review and record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Prepare sales taxes and payroll taxes at the end of each month
• Payroll processing
• RT6, 940, 941, 1099 and W2 preparation
• Monitor financial transactions and reporting
• Process checks

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience for multiple clients
• Hands-on MS Office including Excel and QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Tax preparation experience a plus
